伊朗红新月会下属的Helal纺织公司生产各类救灾用帐篷，现该公司求购帐篷用面料，要求如下：
Material: 100%polyester fabric coated with PVC (waterproof)
Color: In sevem colors
Weight: 60±4 grams per square meters
Number of warp: 42±2 in each centimeter
Number of weft: 32±2 in each centimeter
Width of cashmere: 150±1 centimeters
Coated width: 148 centimeters
Fabric appearance: clean appearance and without any spot
Shrinkage percentage: maximum 3%
Weaving type: taffeta (190T)
Resistance against water influence: at least 80 Pa
Yarn count of wrap and weft: filament 50 denier
PVC percentage: (20±3)%
Strength resistance: in the direction of wrap at least 45 dan; in the direction of weft at least 30 dan
Color rubbing fastness in wet condition: at least grade 3
Color light fastness: at least grade 6
